WorkAbility I

A program for special education students ages 14-22 years designed to promote career awareness and exploration while students complete their secondary education program. WorkAbility 1 provides students with opportunities for job shadowing, paid and non-paid work experience, and ongoing support and guidance. 

Transition Partnership Project (TPP) 

Is a partnership between the West Contra Costa USD and the State Dept. of Rehabilitation that offers employment assistance and ongoing case management services to our postsecondary students pursuing competitive employment.
